All about AIOS Listings Module

Training Objectives/Goals

At the end of this session, you will understand how to Manually Upload Listings.

Manual Upload of Listings

Internal Jargons used: Manual Upload, AIOS Listings, Listings Module

Why clients opt for this:

  • To avoid additional monthly subscription fees
  • Their business model doesn’t suit having a 3rd party IDX provider. Example: a client is a developer just wants to feature new development listings and not listings in the MLS.
  • Only have pocket listings (not published in the MLS)
  • Have a very high-end custom look of the listings (for example: JoyceRey.com, Bond Street Partners, Aaron Kirman)

Layouts

Free: Any of the layouts from our Agent Pro showcase: https://www.agentimage.com/choose-real-estate-website/agentpro/

Who can use this: AP, SC, IS and Full Custom clients

How to task it out: Create an WAD task and ask them to set up the listings layout and include the link to the template.

Example: Please set up the listings layout to use:

Premium Themes

We have added a set of premium themes accessible for new clients with Semi Custom, Imagine Studio and Full Custom sites.

When a client selects one of the premium themes, the project manager needs to register the project on our Dashboard (dashboard.agentimage.com), and the website project needs to be registered as a Semi Custom, Imagine Studio, or True Custom site accordingly.

AIX and AP sites will not be able to access these new themes, and the theme pages will show them as locked. Clicking on locked themes will prompt a message to discuss unlocking the themes with the client’s Project Manager or Web Strategist, providing an opportunity for us to upsell.

Once done registering the project, you may create a production task for WAD to integrate the selected listings layout.

Custom: Any deviation from the Agent Pro layouts and Premium Themes will be considered custom work and quoted accordingly.

Exceptions:

  • Imagine Studio client: Since Imagine Studio clients get 3 or 5 custom pages, they can utilize these for their listings layouts.
  • Full Custom client: Custom Layouts included.
  • Comps (Must have a zeroed out Salesforce opportunity)

Limitations/Challenges:

Time consuming. Everything is manually updated so if you need to switch out photos, listing price or details, you’d have to do it twice (in MLS listing platform then on the site).

No key functionality like:

  • Quick Search (technically, you can but it will only search listings that have been manually uploaded.
  • Listing Alerts (which automatically notifies prospects of new listings, etc).
  • Lead Capture (in the case of 3rd party IDX, you can set triggers ie. form will pop up after 5 clicks etc. With manual upload, you can still add a pop up form but trigger would be limited ie. will appear after x seconds/not click based.
  • Saved Listings/Account Set up

Advantages

  • Ability to control the layout of listings (custom work)
  • Ability to add filters (especially if you are a developer)

What can we do?

Upload up to x listings for the client. Anything beyond that may incur additional charges (6 listings / hour)

  • Agent Pro: 15-20 manually uploaded listings
  • Semi Custom: 20 - 30 manually uploaded listings only
  • Imagine Studio: 30 - 40 manually uploaded listings only

See guidelines here

If client requests for our help to upload listings, you may task this out to CID:

  • Assign to: Wenda Roxas
  • Task Naming Convention: CID: Content Addition [AIOS Listings]
  • Task Instructions: Include detailed instructions ie. what listing, what information to add, link to photos etc.

Example: https://na97.salesforce.com/a1L2H000005X37r

When the client’s opportunity is: Migration and they are opting to manually upload, we can migrate ALL their listings. This is because sales would 99% of the time include the custom work in their website pricing.

If this is the case, follow the procedure and task out to CID.

Examples:

If a client’s current site is already in Wordpress and we need to migrate listings, we could also request the client’s Wordpress login. Once you have that information, create a task for WAD to migrate database listings.

Examples:

What happens when clients opt to host the site elsewhere and they are using the listings module?

We will pack up their files along with the AIOS listings plug in. However, once we provide the site files, we will no longer provide support (unless the client pays for custom work). Should we have any plug in upgrades, they will not be able to avail that.

Plug in name: AIOS Listing Module (Proprietary)

  • Who can install the plug in: FEWD/WAD
  • Who can set up layouts: WAD (direct to WAD if using free layout), FEWD (if using custom layouts)
  • Who can integrate functionality (quick search, filters, custom layout integration): WAD
  • Who can help with listing migration: CID

A Must: If you are using custom layouts, you must have the listings layout completed first by FEWD before WAD can integrate.
