All about Customer Relationship Management

Training Objectives/Goals

At the end of this session, you will better understand CRM and what most of our clients use for their real estate business.

What is a CRM?

CRMs (Customer Relationship Management systems) for real estate businesses are software solutions designed to help agents, brokers, and real estate teams manage client relationships, track leads, automate follow-ups, and streamline transactions. These platforms centralize customer data, communication history, and property information, making it easier to nurture leads and close deals efficiently.

For Agent Image, we use Salesforce as our CRM.

Key Features

  • Lead Management: Capture, track, and organize leads from multiple sources (websites, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Automated Follow-Ups: Set up email and SMS drip campaigns to nurture leads over time.
  • Contact Management: Store client details, including preferences, communication history, and transaction status.
  • Task & Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, reminders, and follow-ups to stay organized.
  • Pipeline & Deal Tracking: Visualize where each lead is in the sales funnel and track progress toward closing deals.
  • Integration with Marketing Tools: Connect with email marketing platforms, social media, and advertising tools for better outreach.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Gain insights into lead conversion rates, agent performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Mobile Accessibility: Access client information and respond to inquiries from anywhere using a mobile app.

There are a lot of platforms available to real estate agents and offices. The more popular ones are:

  • Follow Up Boss
  • KW Command CRM

Costs

Is there a cost for us to integrate CRMs on a client’s website? We offer 2 hours of free integration for CRMs. Anything beyond that, we’ll charge the client $150/hour, to be quoted properly via Basecamp.

Great news is that most CRM integrations only take about 2 hours or less.
