Pro Tips!
- The product page showcases the available website themes. Review each theme and note any unique features or advantages (ex. which theme has a navigation bar or which one includes a team section on the homepage). This will help you recommend the most suitable theme based on the client’s goals.
- Be sure you can guide clients to the Agent Pro product page from AgentImage.com in case you need to demonstrate where to find the themes during a call.
- Be familiar with the Agent Pro Design Questionnaire

Limitations
Main Tabs/Navigation Bar
- The number of main tabs on the navigation bar depends on the selected website theme.
- If a client has numerous tabs, suggest organizing them into dropdowns under the primary tabs for better navigation.
- For optimal usability and design, recommend 5-7 main tabs only. This keeps the menu clean, easy to navigate, and avoids overwhelming users.
- If additional sections are needed, consider using dropdown menus to categorize related pages under broader primary tabs.
Theme Color
Clients are entitled to one free color scheme change after the initial build. Clients can choose two colors: one primary color and one accent color.
They can select from the pre-defined color schemes in the Design Questionnaire or specify their own colors. Just queue a task to FEWD.
Fonts
A client is entitled to one free font change. Any additional font changes may incur a fee. Font Size: We can adjust the font size, whether larger or smaller, upon request. Do not volunteer this, but accommodate when asked. Font Colors: Font color adjustments can be made but are limited to two colors: headings and body text. Read about fonts here.
Theme change
Clients who request a template change after the initial build are entitled to one free change. Any additional template changes may incur a fee. A new staging site is not required for a template change. Just submit a template change task to FEWD.
Photos
Clients should, as much as possible, provide their own photos for the website. To keep the project moving, we can provide clients with limited images. Read more here . We will use the template’s default images while waiting for the client to provide their photos.
Videos
Clients who want a video in the homepage slideshow or hero banner can provide the video file, and we will upload it accordingly. Read more here .
Removing/Hiding of widgets
Main widget sections of the homepage themes (such as Featured Properties, Latest News, Social Media, etc) may be hidden at no extra charge.
Rearranging of widgets
Rearranging the widget sections on the homepage is possible at no extra charge under the following conditions:
The original layout remains intact. The client initiates the request.
Custom work will be required if the layout needs rearranging and modification, which should be quoted through Basecamp . The custom work rate is $150/hour. Note: Do not volunteer to rearrange widgets—this should only be done if the client requests it.
Community Pages
Although a client can have unlimited community pages, the number of communities we can feature on the homepage depends on the theme. Additional communities will show up on their Communities’ inner page. Subcommunities can also be created. For example, if the main community is Los Angeles, the subcommunities can be Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Brentwood, Belair, etc.
Calls to Action Buttons
Call to Action (CTA) buttons are interactive elements on a website designed to prompt users to take a specific action. These buttons are strategically placed to drive engagement, conversions, or lead generation. There is a set number of call-to-action buttons per website theme. The buttons can be curated based on the client’s goals. For a real estate website, compelling and effective Call to Action (CTA) buttons should drive inquiries, property searches, and lead generation. Here are some common examples:
Buyer-Focused CTAs “View Listings Now” – Directs users to available properties. “Schedule a Showing” – Encourages potential buyers to book a tour. “Get Pre-Approved” – Links to mortgage pre-approval assistance. “Explore Neighborhoods” – Showcases local area insights. “Find Your Dream Home” – Leads to a property search page.
Seller-Focused CTAs “Get a Free Home Valuation” – Offers a property price estimate. “Sell Your Home” – Directs to listing services. “See What Your Home is Worth” – Promotes a comparative market analysis. Lead Generation CTAs “Contact Us” – General inquiry button for questions or assistance. “Get Expert Advice” – Encourages users to consult with an agent. “Join Our VIP List” – Captures leads for exclusive listings. “Sign Up for Market Updates” – Encourages newsletter subscriptions.
Luxury Real Estate CTAs “Request a Private Viewing” – Personalized tours for high-end clients. “Discover Exclusive Listings” – Showcases off-market or luxury properties. “Experience Luxury Living” – Highlights premium properties and lifestyle.
Best Practices for CTA Buttons: ✔ Clear & Action-Oriented Text – Use strong verbs like “Download,” “Try,” or “Join.” ✔ Eye-Catching Design – Use contrasting colors to stand out. ✔ Strategic Placement – Position them in high-visibility areas (hero section, end of content, or sticky menus). ✔ Mobile-Friendly – Ensure they are easy to tap on mobile devices.
Inner Page Templates
Each Agent Pro theme has its own inner page layouts for the About, Contact, Communities, and Blog pages. When a theme is selected, the homepage and inner page layouts are specific to that theme. Themes cannot be mixed and matched.
Content
Ideally, clients will provide their content for the website. But if they don’t have enough materials to populate the site, we can use the content in the templates. Make sure to update the content with the client’s actual information. Samples:

An RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed is a tool that allows websites to distribute their latest content, such as articles or news updates, in a standardized format.
