It’s great to be on the same page. Here are our expectations of you while in training.
Expectations
As a trainee, we expect you to:
- Be on time. Always!
- Be engaging. Ask questions!
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Be trustworthy. I don’t micromanage.
- Send Cherry a Slack message when you log in, go on breaks, and log out.
- Have lots of fun! Learning new things is always fun!
Progress Report
- Before you log out for the day, send a Progress Report of what you’ve learned/accomplished/pending.
- Nothing formal. Keep it short and sweet. Bullet points are preferred. Send to: [email protected] cc: [email protected], [email protected]
- List down any of your wins and challenges (if any)
- If there’s any training exercise you cannot complete within your shift, please provide an explanation.
Attendance, Break Schedules and Productivity
- Clock in and out via Hubstaff
- You have 90 minutes of break, 1 hour of unpaid lunch, and 30 minutes of paid breaks.
- Clock in / out at the start and end of shifts and breaks.
- 6 late instances or 100 accumulated late minutes per month.
- Daily Hubstaff Productivity: 50-55%
- Make sure to file any leaves in Cerebro (Salesforce)
- If you have any internet issues or power interruptions, please let me know asap.
Slack Messages/Go To
- MUST respond to Slack messages within 5 to 10 minutes if not on break/lunch.
- Always be reachable via phone.
