- Support client-facing teams and developers with IDX questions/concerns

Timeline to process IDX paperwork: 1-2 weeks
Internal Work Process:
1. Salesforce Opportunity Creation
- An opportunity for IDX integration is created in Salesforce.
- Our internal IDX Team is notified of the new request.
2. IDX Questionnaire Submission
- The IDX Team sends the IDX Questionnaire to the client. This is done after a successful design meeting between the website project manager and the client.
- The client completes and returns the questionnaire with the required details.
3. Project Creation & Vendor Signup
- IDX Team creates a new IDX project in Salesforce.
- The client is signed up for an IDX account through their chosen vendor (iHomefinder or IDX Broker).
4. Paperwork Processing
- IDX Vendor sends the required paperwork to the client for agent and broker signatures.
- The client completes the paperwork and returns it to the IDX Vendor.
5. Vendor & MLS Approval Process
- IDX Vendor reviews the paperwork and signs the consultant portion.
- IDX Vendor submits the paperwork to the MLS board for approval.
6. MLS Approval & Next Steps
- Once approved, the MLS will notify the IDX vendor.
- IDX Vendor provides the necessary credentials and access details to the IDX Team.
- Our IDX Team informs the client and their assigned project manager about the approval and next steps.
7. Final Implementation & Client Handoff
- The project manager oversees the integration and setup with assistance from our developers.
- Our developers complete the integration process.
- Testing is conducted to ensure functionality.
- The client receives access and necessary instructions for managing their IDX account.
8. Completion & Follow-Up
- Final review and confirmation with the client.
- Any necessary troubleshooting or adjustments are made.
- The internal system marks the process as complete.
This workflow ensures a streamlined and efficient IDX application process while keeping all stakeholders informed at each stage.
