By the end of this session, you’ll clearly understand how to use the Social Media Dashboard and how to connect your social media accounts to your site.

Social Media Dashboard

The Social Media Dashboard is a proprietary tool developed by Agent Image that allows clients to seamlessly connect their social media accounts to their websites.

Why Do We Use This Dashboard?

At Agent Image, we understand that social media login credentials are highly sensitive. To keep things secure and hassle-free, our dashboard allows you to connect your social media accounts without sharing your login details.

Here’s how it works

1. You will receive an email invitation to create an account.
2. You create an account and connect your social media profiles directly—there is no need to share credentials with us.

This streamlined approach enhances security and eliminates the hassle of two-step verification.

Setting Up Your Social Media Dashboard Account

Step 1: Sign In

• You may log in with Facebook or Gmail once you sign up.
• When you receive the invitation email, click the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 2: Check Confirmation Email

• You will receive a confirmation email.
• Please click “Continue” to proceed with the account creation.

Step 3: Set Password

• You will be redirected to another tab where you can set your password.
• Fill in your information (email address, first name, last name)
• Create and confirm your password
• After that, click “Login.”

Using the Subscriber’s Dashboard

Subscriber’s Dashboard

Here, you can choose which platforms you wish to connect to your website by following the steps as follows.

Integrating Social Media Platforms

1. Select a platform you wish to integrate

2. Click on “Integrate” for your chosen platform

3. For Facebook, click on “Continue with Facebook”

4. You will be asked to continue with your Facebook account to manage which page(s) you would like to connect. Click Next, then click Done.

5. Choose Account then Save Changes

6. If you wish to revoke access or change the page(s) connected, you can do so by clicking the Deauthorize button.

Managing Your Account

Account Settings

There are several fields you can update under the Account Settings, namely: Upload/Edit Image, Change Name, Change Password, and an option for Forgot Password.

Upload/Edit Image

1. If you wish to update your profile image, click the Edit Image button and then choose an image from your device to upload.

2. If you wish to upload an image, click the Upload Image and then choose an image from your computer to upload. Note: Please keep in mind that there is a 2MB file size limit.

3. If you wish to remove the image, you may delete the image by clicking the “X” button in the upper right corner of the image. You will be prompted to confirm the action with a confirmation modal; just click Confirm to proceed, or Close if you do not wish to proceed with the deletion.

Change Name

1. If you want to modify your name, either your first or last name, just edit or enter it in the First Name/Last Name text field.
2. Click the Update button to save the changes.

Change Password

Enter your Current Password, then proceed with the New Password, and then use the same password again on the Confirmation text field. Click the Update button to save the changes.

Forgot Password

1. If you have already forgotten your current password, you may reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link in the lower-left corner of the form.
2. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page, enter your email address to receive a password reset notification.
3. Click the Forgot Password button to submit.

Reset Password

1. Check the email address you provided for the password reset notification.
2. You will receive a reset password notification. Click the reset password button, and this will redirect you to the reset password page.

Note: The link will expire in an hour or 60 minutes.

3. Enter your new password on the reset your password page, and then enter it again on the password confirmation text field using the same password.
4. Click the Reset Password button to save the changes.

Logging Out

If you want to log out of the dashboard, click the profile image, commonly known as Account Settings, and then select the Logout option from the menu.
