CONNECTING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS TO YOUR AGENT IMAGE WEBSITE

Overview

At Agent Image, we understand that social media login credentials are sensitive and personal. To simplify the connection process, we’ve enabled linking your social media accounts without requiring your login credentials.

This also eliminates the need for a two-step verification process.

What to Expect

You will receive an email from Agent Image Social, [email protected], with the subject line “Agent Image: Social Media Integration.

Please notify your project manager immediately if you have not received this email.

STEP 1:

From the email, Click the Continue button to get started. You will be redirected to a login page. sub

STEP 2:

Fill out the necessary fields to create your account. Once completed, you will be redirected to the social media login page. Select the social media accounts you wish to connect, follow the provided steps, and then click Save Changes. sub sub

Facebook Business Page:

  • Make sure to select Choose Page and click Save to finalize the connection.
  • You can connect multiple business pages—please inform your project manager if you would like to do so.

Instagram Business:

  • You must have an Instagram Business account to connect it to your website.
  • You can connect multiple Instagram accounts—let your project manager know if you wish to link more than one.

Youtube:

  • Select a playlist of videos you want to showcase on the website.
  • If you don’t have a playlist created yet, please do so before connecting your account.
  • Should you wish to display multiple playlists, you may have to generate an API key instead. Inform your project manager for assistance.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

The following scenarios will cause your social media feed on your Agent Image website to be temporarily disabled:

  • Password Change: If you change your password, you must reconnect your Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube account to the dashboard.
  • Expired Token: Access tokens are valid for 60 days. You will receive an email notification 7 days before the token expires. To re-authenticate, log in to the dashboard and click the Reauthenticate button. A successful reauthentication will update the Connection Status with the new valid date.

STEP 3:

Inform your project manager once you have completed the above steps so he/she may begin the social media integration.
