AIOS Agents Migration FAQs

Yes, you will notice that the agents module doesn’t have first name and last name fields, so we are placing them in the Title field for now.

AIOS Agents Address Seems to be Migrating to Street Name?

Yes, since the old AIOS Agents only had Office Address and City fields, we decided to put the address information in the Street Name field so you can edit it manually.

My AIOS Agents V1 Has Some Associated Listings

If your old agents plugin data has associated listings, you need to migrate AIOS Listings first before migrating the agents. This ensures that the listings exist first so we can assign them to the agents again.

If you migrated agents first, you need to press the delete button, migrate the listings, and then re-migrate the agents’ data.

What if I want to test agent migration first?

Testing agent migration before migrating listings can cause issues with associating listings data to agents. We recommend migrating all listings first before testing agent migration.

What if an old module needs to be removed?

If the Testimonials and Communities module is part of your theme and needs to be removed, you can deregister its post type by navigating to AIOS Communities > Settings > Toggle Deregister Communities Module.

This action will not delete any data. If you need to restore the module, simply toggle it back on.
