Having issue connecting to Facebook using “Connect to Facebook”
There’s 2 possible scenario why you this message “You clicked 'Cancel', if you want to get list of pages click 'Choose Pages' and click 'Continue as ...'
” is prompting.
First scenario is that the popup is blocked on your browser.
Second scenario is that when Facebook Login
prompt and disallow sharing email.
For you to fix this issue you need to remove our app from your Facebook account just visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings then search for “Social Media Feed
” then click on View and edit
then click remove app
.
WordPress Platform
Maximum Posts
Due to the API key limitations, you can only feed a maximum of 50 posts for Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram, and 100 posts for Twitter.

Having issue connecting account?
Possible issue is the referrer domain is not registered on the dashboard.agentimage.com
OR plugin version is not up to date.
How to get user id for the shortcode?

What if there’s a social platform outbreak or the token has expired?
The fallback feed feature is triggered if there is an issue within the platform or the token has expired. However, when a client has saved any changes from the dashboard or has clicked the “clear cache” from the WordPress backend it will trigger the fallback feed to be removed.

How to connect Instagram Business
Make sure that you already connected your Facebook account then follow the step below:
Step 1. Click “Continue with Instagram” under Instagram Business Account section
Step 2. Facebook popup
- Frame 1: Click “Continue as your first name”
2. Frame 2: Select a Instagram business account then click “Next”
3. Frame 3: Click “Done”

Facebook and Instagram Business Account
Step 1. Click dropdown icon in the top right of Facebook.
Step 2. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
Step 3. Click Business Integrations on the left side.
Step 4. Select the “Social Media Feed” business integration then click Remove, then Remove.
Instagram Basic Account
Step 1. Click user icon in the top right of Instagram.
Step 2. Select Settings, then click Apps and Websites
Step 3. Select the “Social Media Feed” then click Remove, then Remove.
How to get YouTube channel ID?
Step 1. Sign in to YouTube .
Step 2. In the top right, click your profile picture and then Settings.
Step 3. From the left menu, select Advanced settings.

For clients who utilize youtube API, they can now put their own API key on client dashboard.
Facebook: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
As per investigating Facebook is invalidating the access token due to various reasons to fix the said issue
Solutions:
1. In-App Deauthorization
Step 1. Login to the Dashboard
Step 2. Select integrate Facebook
Step 3. On the upper right click Deatuhorize
Step 4. On the popup click Delete
2. Remove the App from Facebook Account
Step 1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook
Step 2. Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings
Step 3. Select Business Integrations in the left side menu
Step 4. Select “Agent Image” then click Remove and click Remove on the popup
Connecting Facebook and Instagram Business and why
- Facebook page is linked only to Instagram Business
- Instagram Business can’t be connected as Instagram Basic
Why Facebook posts doesn’t show thumbnail?
- Check if post is shared from personal account, Facebook doesn’t allow sharing details posts from personal account.
