Presentations

In this section, clients will be guided on how to create, edit, and publish presentations.

Listing Presentation

  • Listing Presentation is a personalized listing to pitch your brand and marketing online.

Open House Presentation

  • Open House is an online open house presentation to showcase your property info to buyers.

Create a Presentation

The user must click the button for the desired presentation type.

Select a Template

In the select Presentation Templates, user should choose from the predefined templates to start creating a presentation.

A modal will appear showing the details of the template and the color theme that is available.

After clicking the Use This Template button, the user will be redirected to the editor page.

Edit the Presentation

When the end user selects a template, user should be able to see the sections and pages for that template.

Changing Presentation Title

When the user clicks the edit icon at the upper left hand corner, the user should be able to rename the title of their presentation.

Add Section

When the user clicks the Add Section button, the user should be able to see the Add Section modal and choose different sections to add to their presentation.

Edit/Delete Section

When the user clicks the pencil icon beside the section title, the user should be able to edit the section name or delete the section in their presentation.

Add Pages

When the user clicks the Add Page button beside the section title, the user should be able to see the Add Page modal and choose different pages to add to their presentation.

Edit/Delete Pages

When the user clicks the pencil icon beside the page title, the user should be able to edit the page name or delete the page in their presentation.

The user can change the icons of their sidebar. It varies on the order of the pages when created.

Audio Overlay

The user can have an option to upload an audio file or paste an audio URL on the external tab for a specific page. It can be accessed by clicking the sound icon beside the section title on the sidebar.

Edit Text

When the user clicks a text on a page, the user should be able to edit the formatting of text.

Font Size
  • The user can edit the font size of the selected text field.

Color Picker
  • The user can edit the color of the selected text field using the color picker or by entering a Hex color code.

Font Style
  • The user can edit the font style of the text to either Bold, Underlined, or Italicized.

Alignment
  • The user can change the position of the text using the alignment options.

List
  • The user can convert a text into a bulleted list or a numbered list.

  • The user can insert a link by entering the URL and the display text for the link.

Add Image

When the user clicks an image container, the user should be able to upload and add an image.

Edit Image

When the user clicks an image on a page, the user should be able to edit the image.

Choose
  • The user can choose a new image to replace the existing one.

Zoom
  • The user can zoom in or zoom out the image in the container.

Flip
  • The user can flip the image based on the desired view.

Rotate
  • The user can rotate the image based on the desired perspective.

Crop
  • The user can crop the image to remove certain parts.

Add Video

This feature is only available for Open House Presentations.

When the user clicks a video container, the user should be able to embed a video from Vimeo or Youtube.

Add Location Map

This feature is only available for Open House Presentations.

When the user clicks a map container, the user should be able to set a an address using Google Maps.

Add Virtual Tour

This feature is only available for Open House Presentations.

When the user clicks a Matterport container, the user should be able to embed a Matterport link for virtual tour.

Publish the Presentation

To publish a presentation, the user must click Publish button at the upper right hand corner.

After clicking the Publish button, a modal will appear showing the publishing progress.

Once done, a new modal will be shown stating that the presentation is now published.

The user can opt to copy the presentation link or send the presentation to a specific email address.

The user can also open the live view of the presentation by clicking the Open Presentation In New Tab button.

Share the Presentation

To share the presentation, the user must click the Send button at the upper right hand corner after publishing the presentation.

A modal will appear showing the sharing options available.

The user can opt to copy the presentation link or send the presentation to a specific email address.

The user can also open the live view of the presentation by clicking the Open Presentation In New Tab button.

Viewing the Presentations

To view the presentation, the user must go back to the main dashboard.

The user must then click the My Presentations button at the bottom of the screen.

The user will then be redirected to their presentations.

The user can also click the Profile icon at the dashboard then click the My Presentations button to view their presentations.

Filter the Presentations

  • The user can filter the presentation based on whether it is a Listing Presentation or an Open House Presentation.

Duplicate the Presentation

  • The user can duplicate the presentation to create an exact copy of the project.

Delete the Presentation

  • The user can delete the presentation and all its data.

  • The user can copy the link of a published presentation to share it to clients.

  • The user can send the link of a published presentation to the email of specific clients.

Export the Presentation

Users can export the presentation as a PDF File and save it to their local machine.

Videos, audio clips, live maps, and 3D floor plans will not be available in the exported file.

To export the presentation to a PDF File, the user must go back to the main dashboard by clicking the arrow down icon.

The user must then click the exit button in the dropdown menu.

The user will be redirected to the main dashboard and the My Presentations button must be clicked.

Once the presentations are shown, the user must click the vertical dots at the upper right hand corner of the tile.

The user must then click the Download button in the dropdown menu.

A modal will appear showing the progress of the exporting process.

The modal will then state that the export is completed and the PDF File will automatically be downloaded to the local machine of the user.

Unpublish the Presentation

To unpublish the presentation, the user must click the arrow down icon beside the Send button.

The user must then click the Unpublish button where a confirmation modal will appear.

The user must click the Unpublish button to continue.

Audience who will access an unpublished presentation link will be notified that the presentation is unpublished.

They can also enter their email address to request access to the unpublished presentation.

The owner of the presentation will then receive an access request in their email.

thselection

The owner must then publish the presentation and send the presentation link to the email of the audience.
